Law360, New York (June 09, 2014, 9:25 PM ET) — The Tenth Circuit affirmed the dismissal of JetAway Aviation LLC’s antitrust suit against a Colorado county, ruling Monday that the contractor had no standing to bring claims that the county conspired to grant a rival contractor a monopoly on support services at a local airport.
